I too enjoyed the trip to Chicago. Visiting the great shrine that is 'The Pub Where Sir David of Beck Ham Enjoyed a Pint' was great, even if we did give up a goal in the 43rd SECOND and another one in the 3rd minute.

I really enjoy the site, especially when there is something good to argue about. That is what makes it fun. Keep up the good work and PLAY UP POMPEY!!!

Thanks Lou. That's brilliant to hear that you and Atlanta Pompey got together in Chicago, as well as Kartik earlier in the year. One of these days I'll make it out to Chicago probably for a Premier League friendly. Or maybe a Barca Miami vs Fire match!

Thanks you for making football personal for me. Recently, I was able to meet Atlanta Pompey in Chicago and take in a match at the Globe with him. Now Beckham, AP, and I have all been their! I was able to meet Kartik for a game in Chicago in the past. So for me it's been more then checking the website for articles. It's enabled me to meet new friends. I hope in the future to have more of the readers as my guest in Chicago.

I hope you have continued good health in the New Year and in 2009 Chris. I hope to send in a article or two or three as my New Years resolution!
