    Be careful, though. I posted a similar article last year after Scolari took over at Chelsea and I wrote how impressed I was by how open and frank he was during an interview (see http://www.epltalk.com/scolari-is-god-benitez-is-the-devil/3449 ). We all know what happened to Scolari after that.

    Seriously, though, I feel Ancelotti is well grounded and will do well with the Blues this season.

    Old whiskey nose is a bitter old twat, his side could lose 10-0 and he would still think his side was better and it was the ref’s fault that they lost.

    Managers are not supposed to be gracious (see Cloughie) but they do need to be able to be humble once in a while. Ancellotti is a breath of fresh air, but I wouldn’t hold you breath waiting for anyone else to follow suit
