The new Birmingham City home jersey for the 2009-2010 season has been officially revealed on its club website.
Thankfully, Birmingham have decided not to use their penguin design that they last used when they were in the Premier League (no offence Brummie fans but that design was awful no matter how traditional it was). Instead, they’ve gone with a new unique style that looks half like a polo shirt and half like a typical football jersey.
Not surprisingly, the new shirt is designed and manufactured by Umbro, hence the simple but effective polo shirt design on the top half of the shirt.
