I think people were being ridiculous by insinuating United had lost the plot and it was game over.

Up until that point United hadn’t lost a match in months and had kept a clean sheet for weeks up till around the “downfall”.

Every team has its downfalls and Vidic being sent off after a long international match was the trigger.

Like I said at that time period though judge them on their consistency not what happens in a game or two.

Wins against S**tty and the Gooners will do it for us…I expect the pool to slip up this weekend at West Ham to be honest.

Good article, i kinda agree with Dave G, i also get the feeling that liverpool could draw again WestHam this weekend which will be to every Man UTD (myself included) pleasure.

Everyone was very quick to jump and say that United are on their way down when we lost 2 games in a row… however they seem to forget that when we are under pressure, thats when we deal well. It has been proven that United are one of the best teams in the EPL, who can come back from any ditch they find themselves in, for example; United vs Juventus in 99, United vs Bayern Munich in the historic 99 final, and incase anyone cant remember those memorable days for United, how about a come back from Tottenham?

The write of the article is right in saying that you never ever write Man UTD off… nope cant do!!

united could have a blip towards the end of the season, perhaps a draw could be the worst result but we should be able to to cruise. I doubt the league will be decided on the last day like last year purely because i can see Liverfool dropping points.

As for the Champions League, i can see United winning this one, some say i am biased however if you look at the Chelsea vs Barca game and the last gam we played Barca, we contained them very well. Thats the difference between english sides and La Liga teams. La Liga teams are used to playing open footbal as opposed to english sides who play both open and closed/defensive type of football, that will be the key difference in the Finale match. Should be an exciting one though however it will probably be one of those 1 nil games. Thats if United score first, if Barca score first, then it would end up being a 2 or 3 goals kinda game.

Am sure after reading my comments, tis easy for anyone to realise which team am putting my salaray, bonds on.
