The only reason he's so memorable is that he went on an immediate tear scoring a hat trick in each of his first six games. I couldn't tell you if he finished top of the Bundesliga scoring charts (I know he didn't manage to break Gerd Müller's record). He may not have even been my best signing of all-time. I have never won a continental trophy in my years of playing. Frankly, I just suck. Christian Naizmath in FM08 turned out to be a world class striker when I play in the Ukraine.
