We are doing OK. keeping our heads above the halfway tide. Keep on, you Hammers with the passion I have seen during my 65 years support. I am very old and wobbly, but my heart belongs to The Irons. Keep on together.GFZ go
for it next season.

Lets start off with Curbs, an old West Ham man who had taken Charlton to new highs but never too high. It was clear that he wasn't able to clear out the bling crew influence in the dressing room. Anton Ferdinhand who thought that he was above clubs rules and flew off to some hip hop event in Alabama, and isn't that an oxy moron in itself, had worn out his welcome and for 8 million... yeah he was gone. Ilunga has proven that Ringo was not needed.

Curbs knew his time was up, saw the direction the board wanted to go with Nani and suddenly realized he wasn't in charge any longer.

His suit against WHU is a joke.

I was perplexed with the Zola choice. He was Chelsea, how could I like this guy. Then as you say he didn't have the best of starts... But West Ham looked like... West Ham again. and we needed that back. We are not Bolton after all.
then he cozied up to old red nose... We liked Pardew given it to these top clubs, dancing in Wengers' face. But that worn thin when you are losing.

Zola is class. Clarke has helped with the tactics and the back end, while Zola trains with the team, some say could still break the top 11 each week. He pushes they players to see his vision 1st hand.

He has Nani finding players for him and while Savio may prove to be a bust, or at least sold off because he is home sick and doesn't like England. Nani has proven that he can lure talent to the East End. BTW the Savio deal could just be growing pains as the man is so so so young, and this happens to quite a few new members of blighty. Its odd considering that Stanislas is a very similar player and the one getting on the pitch at the moment.

Hey you may not have heard but WHU missed the entry fee or some crap for EUFA, so they have to jump through another hoop even if they finish 7th. To quote a friend of mine and fellow Hammer, we just are not used to such things. ( wonder if Fulham filed)

anyway as I see it. West ham will be the next Villa. and hopefully Spuds will be the new Millwall.
