Does GOLTV have a internet broadband type deal like Setanta? My cable company sucks and I don’t get GOLTV.

I am officially in a countdown mode. I think the Bundesliga starts a week before the Premier League, and La Liga starts at the end of August!
It is almost here, people!!!
Gaffer: I have seen rumors floating around about GolTV subleasing its Bundesliga rights to ESPN, the same way they did it w/ the La Liga rights. Is that true?
If yes, any details? The Bundesliga was very entertaining last season, and I wouldn’t mind watching some games on ESPN2.
Thanks!!!
