Universal Time Coordinated or GMT are constant and never move ahead or behind. Eastern Daylight Time in the US is GMT - 4 hours. When we revert back to standard time, it would be GMT -5 hours. Current London Time is actually UTC/GMT + 1 hour during daylight savings or BST (British Summer Time), then reverts back to GMT proper during standard time. So to summarize in a nutshell, live 10:00 AM games in the states are actually being played @ 2:00 PM GMT or 3:00 PM London Time.
