		<description>chelsea does this anyway. check out the huge amount of players they have on loan. i think you can make a squad with them all. It would be a squad that could do well in the Championship no less. (delac, mancienne, van aanholt, cork, di santo, sinclair, stoch, mellis, bertrand, taiwo, rajkovic and a couple of others are all on loan)

The reserves fixture lists are too small as meaningful competitions. I know both arsenal and chelsea want the reserves playing in league level instead due the lack of playing time and such.</description>

There&#039;s a reason a club is stuck in the third or fourth division - their team sucks.  So what if Harry wants his guys to get some action on these teams?</description>
