Is there anyplace on the web that has a comprehensive review of current and former Americans playing in the UK?

I'd say forward. I don't have a lot of faith in Donovan, Adu, et. al.

Have him tell his story of how he ended up at Pompey and what it was like to play briefly for them. Also, ask him if he still has any contacts with the club and what he thinks of Pompey's current situation.

I would like to ask him about his career prior to joining Portsmouth. I know for a fact that the NASL disbanded somewhere in 1984/85.

Ask him why he played for the USA when is dad born in Scotland, and played for Canada, and he was born in Canada.

    Why not play for Canada?
He did play in the CSL for the Hamilton Steelers – did that league ever have a chance?

    SB

What are your (Kerr’s) views on how young American players should think about and approach a soccer career? There’s soccer, there’s college, then there’s college soccer, and for the gifted few, a professional career. As a college coach, what are some good soccer habits you would like to see in young players (u12-u18)? And finally, do you think that NCAA style soccer (short seasons, large number of substitutions, a clock that stops) might actually end up hurting the development of elite soccer players?
