Manchester United Confirms Dates for Friendlies in South Africa

Manchester United crestManchester United will be playing three friendlies in South Africa this summer. On Saturday, July 19, they’ll play against Kaizer Chiefs. That match is then followed by a game against Orlando Pirates on Tuesday, July 22. And then on Saturday, July 26 the Red Devils will play the winner of the July 24th match between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.

The friendly matches are a part of the Vodacom Challenge tournament. Manchester United last played summer tours in South Africa in 1993 and 2006.

    I predict a riot on July 19th. Rooney, Rooney, Rooney, Rooney, ah ah ahh ahh! (and the Kaiser Chiefs jokes get even worse from there…)
