hull city away shirt New 08/09 Hull City Away Shirt Revealed

A photograph of Hull City’s away shirt for the 2008/2009 season has been revealed. The color is flint — a very dark grey. Manufactured by Umbro, the shirt features an amber and black trim and is sponsored by Kingston Communications.

Fair play to Hull, this is one of the most aesthetically pleasing shirts among the 20 clubs for the 08/09 season thus far.

This shirt has been available for at least two months. It has not just been revealed as your report would suggest.

WorthingTiger:

Sorry, but this is the first time I’m seeing it.

Cheers,

I was gonna say the same thing, Tiger. This is a better picture than I saw before, though.

Fantastic if Umbro has removed the silly double diamond pattern on the shoulders . . .

Also, intersted to see if the centered logo is something we’ll continue to see. It looks great with the centered crest, but wouldn’t look good with a crest over the left side.

Think they’ll win any games in this shirt?

It’s easthetically pleasing alright. Fans around the league will soon get to see 10 of these away shirts bunched together in front of your goalie, very soon.

Hank you are having a laugh. We will surprise a few teams this season, just you wait and see.
The 2008/9 away shirt is a bold style much better than the traditional stripes we have for the home shirt.
