New Arsenal Away Football Shirt For 09/10 Season Revealed

new arsenal away kit New Arsenal Away Football Shirt For 09/10 Season Revealed

Pictures have been leaked of Arsenal’s new away football kit for the 2009-10 season. Pictured above, the shirt is navy blue with thin light blue pinstripes and is designed and manufactured by Nike. Emirates will continue to be featured as Arsenal’s shirt sponsor.

The last time Arsenal wore a navy blue shirt was the 2001-02 season when they wore a navy blue shirt as their third strip.

Based on the pictures above, what do you think of the new Arsenal away shirt to be released this summer? Click the comments link below and share your opinion. Sometimes photographs don’t do shirts justice and they look and feel better in person. Let’s hope this one does the same because right now the new away kit looks very unordinary.

On the website they made it seem like the blue they wore a few seasons ago. I think this is the actuall kit too. The badge looks like the one now, not like the previous kits posted on this site. I dunno, I kinda like it.

This will look really nice when you wear it I think. This picture is just bad, you can’t even see the light blue stripes on it, wait for some more better pictures before you judge it. I think this could be a fantastic shirt.

im ecstatic that this shirt is at least trying to conform to our history.

Basically red at home and basically yellow away. That’s how it should be in my book. Why change from that starting premise. This strip looks depressing.

I love it. I wonder how it will fit though? Is Nike going to continue with this new compression fitted shirts or go back to the more loose shirts like the 06-08 and previous years

I’m not buying any products and season’s tickets from Arsenal until they bring in some good players and get rid of Almunia,Fabianski,Senderos,Silvestre,Djourou,Gallas,Adebayor and Diaby.Arsenal should show their ambitions before the fans spend money watching the team keep on winning nothing for four years. What really piss me off is the last two games lost to MU and Chelsea. Arsenal just could not handle Drogba for four years.Isn’t that too long, Mr.Wenger?

I think it’s funny that people whinge about how poor a strip apparently looks. Everyone properly slated the white kit and I think the guys actually looked really smart wearing it.

Fact of the matter is there was the rumour of a green one floating around, now both this blue one and that green one can’t both be right.

Only the boys at Nike and Arsenal know what the next strip will be, and it doesn’t matter what you say about it, they’ll have already decided on a design and people will buy it. Just shut up already!

i cant believe the people that say its horrible. its rather good, its better than the horrible yellow kits weve had in the past. its gives it a change, we havent had a blue kit for about 7/8 years now. so i think its time for a change. the design seems good and kit wont as dirty when used for football training etc. so this is also another advantage. i hope this is the new kit for next season. arsenal for the title !!!!

Oh dear, what a ridiculous design.

Arsenal Home Kit – Red with White Sleeves
Arsenal Away Kit-Yellow with touches of blue

Red, White, Yellow & Blue are the colours of Arsenal Football Club!!!!!
If this is our kit i’m disappointed, but it’ll grow on me, simply because there is a cannon on there….

mmmm not to sure abt this kit …as i think that traditionally it should be yellow with a touch of blue and why is it we seem to be seeing to many new kits come out each year what ever happened to having a new kit home/away evry 2yrs .I also think we shld flog silvestre, diaby, adebayour, almunia, bendtnar, gallas and eboue and bring in upson, foster or hart, bassong and martins frm newcastle when they go down, yaya toure, ribery from bayern and eto’o and thenbuy a few more experience players that we can call upon from the bench like also please bring back bob wilson as goalkeeping coach..and david dein ….then that way i think we will have a chance of winning something next season with a bit of experience and youth mixed in coz i dont think we fan can go another season without a trophey…

Guys, the desgin loks classy, I’ve seen the other pictures, it looks great, I like the dark blue with the light blue pinstripes, I think it’ll look good with red numbers in the Champions league considering the Premier League numbers WILL be white. But honestly, it’s nike’s DESIGNS that are the problem: look at them, all that there is on the shirts are the seam designs, the collar designs and those are all that differ, look at that and those from 06/07. No difference. I think nike need to start making some new proper designs like they used to and like adidas do and be original now, but nevertheless, this is a good kit

Wow, I really love this kit. I don’t understand all the negative response to it. I think it looks really, really smart. I’m definitely going to be buying it. Anyway, at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if they’re wearing binliners, as long as we win something!
