No offense to Hull City and the KC Stadium, but it is basically a Championship ground anyway.

I don't think it is fair to critisise the crowd at the game on Tuesday night, because these U21 games are actually more often staged at smaller venues than the KC Stadium, like Championship or League one grounds.

What exactly has England won at the youth level to be deemed a "strong team?"

I recall when we (THE US) played England in the U-20 World cup not long ago it proved to be the easiest game of the entire tournament for us. In fact the ease with which we controlled the match had me believing we were better than we were. That England team included Ashely Cole, Peter Crouch, Jermain DeFoe and one or two other players who right now would be easily the best American going. My point is England is never very strong at the youth level, and unlike other countries like the US, youth national teams aren't stressed.
