Hopefully Lampard will find the broadside of a barn to practice shooting at before they need him to contribute in a meaningful match again. I think he's already a quality player with the potential to be even better with more experience at the elite levels. Hopefully he gets a full shot and not just a one or two game cameo. I don't hate Becks, but it's time to bring in Lennon & the other youngsters who could do a better job. These are the guys who will play in Euro '08 and WC '10, so it's good to get them playing together early.<br/><br/>Gerrard would've been a better skipper as he's fantastic at motivating his teammates and changing games single-handedly, but at least he won't have to put up with the press when things don't go well under McClaren.
