Arsenal hasn't been able to hold a lead or sustain a strong start for many years. Why should this season be any different?

WBA's biggest problem is scoring goals. They need a striker double quick!

Anyone who's buying the “new found spine” hype of this Saturday's win over United didn't watch the game. Arsenal did everything in their power to throw away the points in the last ten minutes, including giving up ANOTHER late, late, goal. Fortunately for them, United were terrible from back to front and never capitalised on the many chances they still managed to create. United were stupid enough to try to get cute with the cutest team in football instead of getting stuck in and watching them turn tail.

If Gooners are pointing to this as proof of mettle, they need to learn a new phrase: “false dawn”
