		<description>This is why I think the Premiership is still not the best league in the world in terms of quality. Yes, the big four has done well in Europe lately and without a doubt will be top teams in any league but the fact that Arsenal can have a wretched season and still comfortably finish 4th says a lot about the Premiership&#039;s soft underbelly, teams 5-10.  20 years ago, 10 odd teams would be considered legitimate contenders (some darkhorses) for the title. Now you wouldn&#039;t even fancy them to finish in the top four. Hopefully, Spurs, Everton, Villa will continue to improve and Forest &amp; Leeds can make their way back to the top flight, then we&#039;ll have a real competition.</description>
