After Inter undressed my boys in blue, I gotta be pulling for them because I think they are a quality side and the irony would be too much to have Roman watching the manager he kicked out the door beat Chelsea on the way to winning it all.

As for the other side, Bayern Munich would create an interesting matchup. Chances are it’ll be Barca though.

    Barcelona v Inter

Ibra, Ett’o, Maxwell. Who did get the better of the trade last summer? Mourinho v Guardiola pits the old master against the new generation of manager. Can the Barca triangle break the Inter defense? Can anybody stop Messi??? Oh the posibilities…..

I’d love to see Lyon win the title. I am impressed by the way the club is run.

    Manchester United v Bordeaux

But as I don’t think they will make it past the quarters if they draw Barça/Inter, I really want to face them in the coming round.

And if we somehow played Inter in the final, I don’t think Carrick could stack up to Sneijder for playmaking ability. He’d probably be playing deep as he usually does performing more defensive duties. On another note, I really wish that we’d bought Sneijder…

My avatar and club allegiance might shed some light on my reasons for choosing such a tie.

I’d also wonder how familiar you are with Bordeaux.

Fergie vs Jose – Man U vs Inter would be interesting both on and off the field. The pre-match banter between Fergie and Jose will be great. With Inter being stronger this year the match will be more even.

Any of these five clubs: Arse, Barca, Inter, and the two French clubs (it’s the league I see the least of and know the least about and they haven’t had much of a Champions’ League presence of late).

But so long as its not United v. not United, I’m down.

I would like to see Lyon beat Man U in the finals, Lyon has consistently made the final 8 in the last few years and I would like to see them go all the way. Plus I hate Man U.

I’d think its a three way tie between Inter Milan, Barcelona and Manchester United.

I’d be happy to see Inter Milan play either Barcelona or Manchester United. It would also be pretty cool if United took on Barca in a repeat of last years final.

Aside from that I don’t see anybody in the CL beating Inter Milan, Barca or MU.

Barcelona vs. Lyon. If only to irritate the Madridistas who couldn’t bring themselves to cheer either club. Also because they’re my favourite clubs in their respective countries.
