		<description>All I can say guys is that the new generation of managers for example Jose Mourinho instill confidence and a strong mentality within there teams. I doubt very much that the managers of these teams will be saying &quot;we want 5th&quot;. 

The first four are not set in stone, as Everton a few years ago showed and Spurs pushed for 4th until the final game two seasons ago.</description>

		<description>We have been discussing this in the EPLtalk community page but most people seem resigned to the fact that the big four will be intact this year, most likely due to Liverpool&#039;s quality signings.  

As for that number 5 spot, Portsmouth looks like a quality squad and finally has a capable strike duo, but I am not so quick to count out Everton.  Im obviously hoping Spurs push for that #5, but the lack of depth on both front and back lines concerns me.</description>
