    Interesting theory, and I have to say I agree with you for the most part. Streaming on the internet is something that is going to get more and more prominent, even if they don’t license it. It’s a development I would love to see as I live in New Zealand but follow Everton (having grown up in England) and so to have global access to more games would be great.

    Having said that, there will of course, always be a market for television screening as watching football is such a social event. Yes, technology is becoming ever more mobile-orientated, but just like we will never stop going to the match, so will we never stop gathering together with out mates at the pub to watch a game on TV.

    I watch all my games online, either streamed live, or downloaded later. Take me to jail!
